Dr. Nikelle Guzman D.C.
My journey in life helped create my profound passion for chiropractic care and the transformative impact that it has on the human body. My path began as a classical ballet dancer, where I learned discipline, punctuality, and the joy of bringing happiness to others through movement. Little did I know that my fascination with the human body’s resilience and performance ability would guide me to a fulfilling career in chiropractic. Choosing chiropractic as my life’s work was a deep rooted calling and gift from God that allows me to serve my patients through my faith in Him everyday.
During my pre-professional years at Maple Conservatory in Irvine, California, I was accepted into prestigious ballet summer intensives across the country. During that summer, I witnessed my colleagues and friends struggling with injuries, and I always felt compelled to help them find relief and healing. This ignited my curiosity and admiration for the body’s ability to heal under pressure, setting the stage for my future endeavors. My dance career then led me to become a Los Angeles Rams Cheerleader for 3 seasons. This incredible experience allowed me to combine my love for dance with a newfound passion for community service. During this time, I embarked on military tours, bringing joy and gratitude to those who served our country. These life changing moments and opportunities solidified my passion for wanting to make a life long commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from California State University of Fullerton, and continued on to earn my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West. Throughout my higher education I had the support of my amazing husband, Brock. Together we have a “baby in training” named Scout, who is a lab mix. My husband and I believe in the importance of balancing our responsibilities with leisure and quality time together. We share a love for sports and often attend live events. We are big football fans and love the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals. We also enjoy exploring new restaurants and indulging in delicious food. Additionally, we are BIG game/trivia night lovers…fostering friendly competition that will get the other to do the dishes.
When I am not in the office you can find me spending time with my husband or doing some form of physical activity. Some of my favorites are group fitness classes like HITT, body combat, and cycle classes, not just for the level of difficulty but because I love the community that I build within these classes.
My journey has been shaped by a great appreciation for the human body’s resilience, and a deep commitment to serving God through serving others with chiropractic care. With each patient I encounter, I strive to provide personalized, compassionate, patient centered treatment, while supporting their journey toward a vibrant and fulfilling life. I am honored to play a role in transforming lives by helping individuals discover the boundless possibilities of their own bodies through the power of chiropractic care.
